Educational Consultant | Educator | Neurodiversity Advocate
She is the visionary founder of SAMA Family Services, with over a decade of experience in early childhood education, educator development, and inclusive program consulting. With a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Calgary specializing in professions, education, and mental health, Salome combines deep academic insight with lived experience in early learning environments. Her additional Neurodiversity Specialist training through PESI Canada training program enhances her ability to guide programs in creating responsive, affirming practices for neurodivergent children and families.
Throughout her career, Salome has served in diverse roles -from classroom educator and behavioral therapist support to post-secondary instructor and licensing consultant. She partners closely with emerging childcare centers and dayhomes, helping providers navigate the complexities of licensing, policy development, and program quality. At the heart of her work is a mission to build thriving, inclusive spaces where educators feel empowered and every child has the opportunity to succeed. Through SAMA Family Services, Salome continues to lead meaningful change in early learning sector – one educator, one program, and one family at a time.
